Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Helsinki Perfume Club Shop. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning products.

1. Initiate Return Process

If you wish to return a shipment or part of the products you ordered, please contact us first via email at info@helsinkiperfumeclub.com. We appreciate your cooperation in resolving any issues promptly.

2. Verify Shipment Contents

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the shipment to ensure it contains the correct products and the quantity matches the accompanying receipt. It is essential to verify the contents before using any products. If you notice any discrepancies, such as incorrect or extra products, refrain from opening or using them. Please notify us immediately to address the issue. Please note that we cannot refund the price of non-returnable products.

3. Right of Return

Unused and unopened products are eligible for a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the moment of receipt or collection. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or unsaleable items. To return an unused and unopened product, ensure it is in its original packaging and securely packed. Include a copy of the receipt/shipment and the provided return form.

4. Product Condition and Authenticity

We urge you to choose your products carefully, as we do not accept returns for opened items. Our designer fragrances are authentic when shipped, and we cannot guarantee the integrity of returned products. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, as required by legislation.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited to the account specified by the returner in the return form. Returns are processed promptly on the same day they are received by us. For orders paid via Klarna, refunds for returned products will be processed through Klarna.

6. Exclusions

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for free products or gift items.

Perfume decanters (1-10ml) are not subject to return.
