Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurately provided during checkout. We rely on the address provided by you, and any errors may lead to delivery issues. We are unable to rectify delivery errors if the provided address is incorrect.

Arrival Notification

Once your package is ready for pickup, you will receive a separate arrival notification for each package.

Delivery Provider

Orders are fulfilled by Posti Oyj and are only available for mainland Finland addresses. Deliveries to Åland are not supported, except for locker deliveries, in which case the customer is responsible for any associated customs fees and handling costs.

Some items may be fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted partners. This allows us to offer a wider selection and better prices. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the supplier's location. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their orders and customer profiles.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be packed on the following Monday. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days.

Delivery Methods

We offer two delivery methods: Postipaketti and Posti parcel machine.

  • Postipaketti is typically delivered to your home or the nearest Posti office. A tracking code and delivery notification will be sent via email, text message, or parcel card. Posti holds shipments for 7 days before returning them to the sender.
  • Posti parcel machine deliveries are notified via text message, and shipments must be collected within seven (7) days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined during checkout and may vary depending on ongoing campaigns. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • Pickup from Posti's parcel machine: €7.00
  • Package delivery to the mailbox: €7.00

Please note that shipments can be held for 7 days regardless of the delivery method chosen.
