During a presentation of raw materials, I discovered Sichuan CO2 pepper. The challenge was to master this berry with its pronounced sulphurous character and a citrus touch reminiscent of grapefruit. Contrary to its name, Sichuan pepper does not belong to the spice family, but to the citrus family! In this fragrance, Sichuan pepper takes us on a sensory journey. It opens with woody notes, followed by a powerful, warm touch. Its lemony and resinous facets give it a fruity, spicy and slightly bitter allure. Combined with Madagascar pepper and pink berry, it makes a harmonious combination.
